We recommend sending your request at least 2 weeks ahead to secure your dates, as Chef Nino takes a limited number of bookings. Last-minute requests can often be accommodated depending on availability. Sending a request costs nothing — if your dates can't be served, Chef Nino simply lets you know and no payment is ever taken.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Chef Nino is experienced in accommodating all dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and specific allergies. Simply specify your requirements during booking.
Do I need to provide any kitchen equipment?
Chef Nino works with your existing kitchen equipment. We recommend having basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, and appliances. If anything specific is needed, Chef Nino will discuss it with you before service begins.
What time will the chef arrive?
Service times are customised to your schedule. Chef Nino will coordinate with you to determine the best times for meal preparation, based on when you prefer to eat — breakfast, lunch, dinner, or whatever suits you.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Since no payment is taken on the site, just let Chef Nino know as early as you can and he'll reschedule your dates, subject to availability, at no charge. If you've already settled a confirmed booking via the secure payment link, any cancellation and refund is handled personally by Chef Nino, case by case — there's no automated online refund. Are groceries included in the price?
No — groceries and ingredients are billed separately, at cost, on top of the price Chef Nino quotes you. Chef Nino handles the shopping and sources premium ingredients, and you simply cover what they cost.
How many guests can you cater for, and where do you serve?
There is no fixed package and no headcount cap — Chef Nino tailors the proposal to your event, so the price reflects your guest count and the meals you choose. Service is provided across Lombardy. For service anywhere outside Lombardy, travel and accommodation are arranged per destination (or you can simply provide a room for the chef). You'll hear back within 24 hours.
How does the booking confirmation process work?
You send your request through the form — with no payment taken on the site. Chef Nino then reviews it personally to confirm availability for your chosen dates and location, and gets back to you within 24 hours.
