1. Service Agreement

By booking a private chef service through Weekly Private Chef, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides professional chefs who will prepare meals in your home according to the selected plan.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require 100% upfront payment via our secure Stripe payment system. Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

3. Booking Confirmation Process

When you submit a booking request and complete payment, your request is subject to confirmation by our team. This process ensures we can provide you with the highest quality service and the most suitable chef for your needs.

Confirmation Timeline: All booking requests will be reviewed and confirmed within 48 hours of payment. During this time, we carefully match your requirements with our available professional chefs based on location, expertise, and schedule.

Full Refund Guarantee: If we are unable to assign a suitable and qualified chef to your booking within 48 hours, your booking request will be declined and you will receive a full automatic refund. No charges will be retained, and your payment will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Confirmation Notification: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your chef's details and next steps. If your booking cannot be confirmed, you will also receive prompt notification along with your refund confirmation.

4. Service Details

Our standard service runs Monday through Friday and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation. Weekend services (Saturday and Sunday) are available as optional add-ons at the prices specified during booking.

All groceries and ingredients are included in the service price and are sourced by our team. Your chef will arrive at agreed-upon times to prepare fresh meals in your home kitchen.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before service start date: Full refund minus processing fees

Cancellations made within 7 days of service start date: 50% refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of service start date: No refund

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to chef availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your service.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Access to a fully functional kitchen
  • Basic cooking equipment (pots, pans, utensils)
  • Adequate refrigerator and storage space
  • Clean and sanitary working environment

8. Dietary Requirements

We accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies when communicated during booking. It is the client's responsibility to accurately communicate all dietary needs. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions if information was not provided or was inaccurate.

9. Service Standards

All our chefs are vetted professionals with appropriate certifications and insurance. They will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. The kitchen will be left clean and organized after each service.

10. Liability

Weekly Private Chef maintains comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to client property beyond normal wear and tear during meal preparation. Any damages caused by our staff will be reported and resolved promptly.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
